Ultrasonic Flowmeter

iMassFlow 400 measures the gas velocity by measuring the time difference of ultrasonic pulse. The larger the difference of ultrasonic transmission time is, the faster the gas flow speed is. The fluctuation of temperature and pressure can cause the change of ultrasonic propagation velocity, but they are compensated accurately in the algorithm, so it does not affect the calculation of gas velocity.

Corrosion resistant material

The sensor is made of titanium alloy casing, made of 316SS casing material, and the probe rod is coated with Teflon paint to improve its service life in high temperature, high humidity, and corrosive gas environments

Accurate measurement

Using ultrasonic time difference measurement technology, accurate measurement can be achieved when the flue gas flow rate is less than 0.5m/s.

Strong adaptability

Suitable for the installation of various diameter flues and pipelines.

measure the flow of gas from pipes, flues, exhaust gases and smoke tubes.It can work stably in high temperature environments up to 120℃.
