Ultrasonic Flowmeter

iMassFlow 200 measures the gas velocity by measuring the time difference of ultrasonic pulse. The larger the difference of ultrasonic transmission time is, the faster the gas flow speed is. The fluctuation of temperature and pressure can cause the change of ultrasonic propagation velocity, but they are compensated accurately in the algorithm, so it does not affect the calculation of gas velocity.

Traceable Accuracy

The instruments are individually adjusted and delivered with a traceable (ISO 9001) calibration certificate. The transmitter is easy to calibrate also on site using a Vaisala handheld meter or Vaisala Insight PC software.

iMassFlow 200 ultrasonic gas flowmeter measurement algorithm, fuselage structure, installation structure have been applied for national patents. It can be used to 
measure the flow of gas from pipes, flues, exhaust gases and smoke tubes.It can work stably in high temperature environments up to 175℃.
