iMassFlow 200
Ultrasonic Flowmeter
iMassFlow 200 measures the gas velocity by measuring the time difference of ultrasonic pulse. The larger the difference of ultrasonic transmission time is, the faster the gas flow speed is. The fluctuation of temperature and pressure can cause the change of ultrasonic propagation velocity, but they are compensated accurately in the algorithm, so it does not affect the calculation of gas velocity.
